Our company has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 45001: 2018 for design, production, installation and after sale service of vertical lathes, grinding machines, gantry milling machines, all supported by numeric controls and integrated cells (FMS).
 

Corporate Policy

PIETRO CARNAGHI was founded in 1922 and it is today one of the main benchmarks in the international panorama of machine tool manufacturers, especially in the medium and large machine segment, thanks to the continuous and constant development of technologies and ideas, supported by more than 100 years of direct experience in the field.

Besides to individual machines, PIETRO CARNAGHI is able to offer complete turnkey production lines, including the development of the most sophisticated processing technologies, which contribute to solve all the customer's production problems.

Pietro Carnaghi Spa performs design, production, installation and after-sales service activities.

Activities

  • Involvement of all corporate functions and of the stakeholders in understanding and meeting the needs of customers and in supporting the principles and targets of this Policy, particularly regarding aspects of safety, respect for the environment, social responsibility and the adoption of the Zero Defect philosophy.
  • Development of prevention activities as a fundamental tool to eliminate non-conformities and reduce overall quality costs.
  • Continuous improvement of each activity harmonised by a planning agreed between all corporate functions.

  • Formalisation of specific and measurable goals, consistent with the Integrated Management System in the areas of quality, safety at work, environment and social issues;
  • Monitoring the impact of activities on the environment, with particular reference to waste production and other emissions into the environment

  • Involvement of staff in accident prevention activities, analysis of near misses and all aspects of safety at work;
